Stayed here for a quick city break and had a lovely time. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The key location was perfect for exploring the city - close to all the pubs and restaurants. We were given a small welcome drink which was a nice surprise, and the breakfast selection was good with plenty of options. the stay was a very pleasant experience.

The decor of the hotel was a little bit outdated, but we did not spend a lot of time in the room since we were out exploring the city. , there was no information provided in the room about the hotel services or the city's attractions which would've been helpful.

the heating system in my room was a bit unreliable, making the temperature in the room fluctuate throughout the night.
